Default Butter mints!

I started to prepare my butter to make some merry pills... and could not wait to get the gel caps this time...So...

Take 1/2 cup of canna butter @ room temp
1/4 cup of warm whipping cream (heavy cream)
2lbs...(.9 kg) 10x confectioners (icing) sugar
and 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint oil or 1 teaspoon of extract (essence)
mix it all together well. Recipe says by hand but a food processor worked better.

When the stuff is smooth, you can press it into candy molds, or a pan lined with plastic wrap. If using a pan, score with a knife or pizza wheel. makes it easier to break later.
Now let it dry on both sides or in a food dryer. You can bag and freeze some.
this recipe makes 200 mints!

Oi...save the crumbs for sweetening tea!

I wish!

Nah, just wish I had the $$$ from being famous...

Those mints take about 2 hours to really kick in, so..... don't eat any and then forget and get behind the wheel... they hit like a freight train.
