Two-questioned in connection with cannabis seizure in Co Wexford

Two Irish nationals were this afternoon (28/06/08) being questioned in connection the seizure of €580,000 worth of cannabis resin in County Wexford.
83.5 kilograms of the drug were seized by Customs officers at Rosslare Europort this morning. The drugs were found by a sniffer dog inside the rear of a van which was leaving a ferry from Roscoff. The two people arrested were being questioned at Wexford Garda station.
