Claims mob supplied front yard dealing |
In the second part of a ONE News special investigation reporter Lisa Owen confronts a drug dealer who has been peddling his wares in the front yard of a state house on Auckland's North Shore.
| ONE News began the investigation following allegations that students in school uniform were buying drugs from the property in full view of neighbours and younger children.
Locals say the baby faced dope pusher kicks back in a recliner chair at the front gate of the house.
| | Lisa Owen confronted one of the alleged pushers, Mac Kelly, with photos of cannabis foils being sold on the property.

Although Kelly denies selling cannabis on the property, by his own admission he says he sold dope to an undercover police officer.
Police did not want to talk specifically about the case - they have arrested a second man and are looking for a third - but they say the problem with cannabis selling is sometimes it does not stop there.
"It can also lead into meth and P that is the scary part, why we want to get on top of the drug situation," says Detective Senior Sergeant Kim Libby.
Kelly is allegedly being supplied by the Mongrel Mob and he says most of the money from sales goes back to the gang.
However, he denies selling to kids in school uniform.
"I probably only seen one school kid come over but he didn't come in uniform," he says.
Kelly says that the dealing is over and that he has a legal job to keep him going.
Housing New Zealand says it began investigating the drugs allegations at the state house a month ago and some of its workers have been to the street three times with police.
It can evict tenants if they are convicted on drugs charges.
