Couple tells of beach 'cocaine' haul |
A wildlife researcher has been talking about his discovery of a suspected massive cocaine haul washed up on a Cornish beach.
| James Saulino was looking for stranded porpoises and dolphins as part of a research project when he discovered the packages at Kynance Cove near Helston. All of the packages, which were wrapped in sacking, have been preserved and are being sent for forensic analysis. | Flotsam & Jetsom worth over a million

Other packages washed up in Bude on Thursday are also being analysed.
Goose barnacles "I couldn't believe it," said Mr Saulino.
"I very carefully started to undo it, layer after layer of plastic and netting and food wrap - all sorts," said Mr Saulino.
"Eventually we realised what it was. Here I was in this remote little place where I'd never seen anybody and I looked at it and I thought I don't know what it's worth, a million, a million and half ?"
His partner marine biologist Marijke Deboer also examined the package and has her own theory on its origin.
She says it was covered in goose barnacles which are native to the waters of the Caribbean.
She believes the package may have drifted thousands of miles across the Atlantic in strong winds and tides.
If tests confirm the packages do contain the class A drug, police say the seizure will have a street value running into millions of pounds.
A police spokesperson said: "It is too early in the investigation to say whether the finds are linked.
"Anyone who has found similar packages or may have information about the finds is asked to contact the police."
