In another Irish show of "this is how you do it", the Republic has shown once again, their significant efforts in removing dangerous class A drugs off the streets of Ireland, in wholesale quantities.

Meanwhile in the UK, the big story of the day is how a disabled person stored her crack cocaine in her false leg, showing once again the UK drug effort is targeted squarely at the user, leaving the drug dealers to ply their trade unmolestered. 

The drugs were discovered along with cocaine and cannabis during garda raids of a number of premises in the Tallaght area.

Gardai have described the seizure as significant.

The four men arrested following the raids were charged last night and are due before Tallaght District Court today.

Meanwhile, two men arrested in the Clondalkin area following a €60,000 heroin seizure on Saturday night have been released without charge pending instructions from the DPP.
