Growroom Bugs - Pests, or beneficial plant guardians?

Spidermite.  Thrips.  Shield Bug.  Earwig.  Lacewing.  Ladybird.  Zebra Spider.  Black Bean Aphid.  Crane Fly (leather jacket).  Hover Fly.  Woodlouse.  Ants.

How many of the above named insects would you be able to recognise if a specimen were to be placed in front of you?  More importantly, what would your actions be if you came across any of them in or around your cannabis garden?

As an introduction to this article why not make a mental note of the actions you would take were you to come across any of the bugs mentioned, and then at the end of the article, see how you got on.

Insect murder in the name of protecting your plants?  Or the senseless genecide of "beneficials", which does more harm than good in the long run?
