It has been recently discovered that hemp contains a very high concentration of powerful antioxidants, which has been shown to assist in reducing cholesterol and lowering blood pressure levels. I know that many people do not like to hear the word “hemp” associated with medicine because they do not believe that it is “poisonous”, but the truth is hemp is completely natural. In order to take 100mg CBD per day as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner, you can substitute hemp seed, hemp oil, or hemp seeds in place of grapes, rice bran, wheat and dairy products.

What is interesting about CBD oil is that it is so easily obtainable. You can buy it online or at your local nutrition store. In addition to that, CBD is not addictive like many prescription and over the counter drugs. In fact, most people who take CBD supplements only feel the effects for a few hours, before realizing they were taking too much.

This little capsule contains only CBD, along with other plant extracts that are highly beneficial to the human body. According to the University of Illinois’ College of Medicine, hemp extract is one of nature’s richest sources of anti-inflammatory compounds. It has been proven to lower cholesterol and decrease the chances of heart disease, all of which makes it a very important food supplement for people at risk for either one of these conditions. As far as the recommended dose goes, this is about half of what you would find in most conventional cholesterol-lowering drugs, such as statin drugs. (Many of these drugs are also classified as industrial hemp medications, because they contain the plant in them.)

So, I did some research for my recent article and found out that CBD can be taken as an ingredient in certain foods. For instance, I recently discovered that I could thank nature for hemp cheese, thanks to a professor at Colorado State University. In his lab, he and his team have been experimenting with different kinds of cheese based on their natural healing properties. When I read his article and mentioned how I could thank nature for cbd, he said:

“You’re welcome, honey. It took a while to write back, but I’m glad you expressed your gratitude in a thoughtful and considerate manner. Thank you for taking the time to write to me. I appreciate it. “In fact, I’d like to offer to you that we should share this information with other colleagues who might be less fortunate than you. “That’s kind regards.”

I was so touched by his kind consideration and respect for me as a fellow human being, so I thought I’d send him a warm “thank you” in return. I went ahead and responded by telling him that CBD oil is not only good for arthritis and muscle spasms, but it is also great for things like chemotherapy patients, pregnant women, children with Autism and other ailments, and those who are unresponsive to conventional medicine, including liposuction and other invasive procedures. It just goes to show how different our lives can be when we don’t forget to take a little time out to say “thank you” to those who have given us inspiration, and who are willing to give us a try. My friend replied to my email with a beautiful flowery message, which I hope one day to put in my office – a very wise and supportive message indeed.
